Corporate lawyer intern at EDSAS
As a company lawyer intern, you will ensure that all legal matters within our company are in order. You will draft various contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and check them for legal accuracy. You are a walking encyclopedia of legal issues and therefore all too happy to provide advice on legal issues.
Work
- Interpreting regulations
- Responsible for implementing regulations and legislation
- Provides legal advice
- Drafting/improving contracts
- Create/improve SLAs
- Keeps abreast of developments in legislation, case law, legal doctrine
