Service desk employee at EDSAS

As a service desk employee you will provide2ndand/or3rd line support to our customers. You support your colleagues from the1st-line support. Are they unable to solve a problem? Then it is up to you to help the customer further with their problem. Thanks to your expertise, you get these ICT problems solved quickly. So you are in regular contact with our customer. You speak to customers by phone, on location and by email. You solve their problems and give them advice on various ICT implementations.

Work

  • Providing 2nd- and/or 3rd-line ICT support
  • Proactive and timely response to customers
  • Providing users with advice
  • Manage and install Microsoft environments
  • Customer contact via phone, on-site and mail
  • ICT troubleshooting

What are we looking for in you?

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Good command of the Dutch language
  • Command of the English language is a plus
  • (Basic) knowledge of Azure Active Directory
  • Proactive and independent attitude
  • Technical understanding
  • Solution-oriented thinking skills
  • MBO+ working and thinking level
  • Experience with a notification and information system
  • Skilled in instructing customers and users
